  • When: Mon & Wed, 6:30 PM (quick 45-min sessions)
  • Where: Local park or gym; virtual check-ins available
  • Activities: Walks, light jogs, bodyweight circuits, stretching
  • Level: Beginner to Intermediate — go at your pace
